Kemudian masukkan tepung dan santan, kacau hingga rata. Kemudian tapiskan adunan ini supaya jangan berbiji.&lt;br /&gt;Tuang pula adunan tepung ke dalam kentang dan kacau sedikit sedikit hingga rata.&lt;br /&gt;Panaskan minyak sapi, setelah itu tuangkan ke dalam adunan kentang dan kacau supaya minyak bercampur rata dengan adunan.&lt;br /&gt;Loyang kuih bakar di sapu dgn minyak. Panas kan sebentar. Baru tuang adunan tadi. Masak atas api yg kecil.&lt;br /&gt;Jika suka boleh taburkan sedikit bijan diatas.&lt;br /&gt;Adunan ni sangat pekat. So jangan campur air lagi. Panaskan ketuhar 180C. Kicap, jus lemon., lada hitam dan buah pala digaul rata dalam mangkuk. Lumurkan pada ayam. Masukkan perutnya sedikit mentega dan cecair perapan. Biarkan sebentar supaya meresap kedalam ayam. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Terbalikkan ayamnya dan ikat kedua2 kakinya dengan benang putih kasar, supaya bila dimasak, kakinya bercantum.. begitu juga dengan kedua kepaknya. (Ikat longgar sahja) Setelah itu, alihkan ayam kedulang pembakar, dengan bahagian belakang diatas. Curahkan lebihan cecair diatas ayam. Sapu ayam dengan mentega terutama didalam perutnya. Selitkan ubi kentang kecil ditepi-tepi ayam, terutama dibawahnya &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Masukkan beberapa biji kentang kecil, tomato ceri dan broccoli didalam perut ayam. Hias sekelilingnya dengan lebihan tomato, broccoli dan bawang besar. Masukkan kedalam ketuhar dan bakar selama 30 minit. Jika terdapat banyak cecair yang keluar, senduk dan sira diatas ayam. Pukul butter dan gula sehingga gebu/kembang &lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;2. Masukkan telur satu persatu dan pukul lagi. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;3. Masukkan tepung yg diayakkan diselangselikan dengan susu.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;4. Kacau rata dan masukkan kedalam acuan yg diletakkan dalam acuan. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;5. Bakar dalam suhu 180'C selama 50 - 60 minit. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;6. Sejukkan dan jika suka tuangkan coklat cream icing. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cream Coklat 250 gm cooking coklat 1 sudu besar majerin 1/2 cawan fresh cream/whipping cream&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cara: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;1. Cairkan cooking coklat secara double-boil. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;2. Angkat dari air panas tadi dan masukkan fresh cream/whipping cream dan majerin dan kacau sehingga sebati. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;3. Goreng dgn api yang sederhana supaya tidak hancur.Semasa menghidang, letak nasi himpit, mee suun, telur rebus yang telah dipotong dan ayam yang telah dicarikkan di dalam mangkuk dan letak kuah sup dan begedil yang telah dibuat tadi. kemudian letak sedikit bawang goreng dan daun sup. Tumbuk bahan bertanda *. Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang meras hingga kekuningan. Masukkan bahan yg telah ditumbuk tadi, tumis hingga garing n naik bau. Bentukkan bulat mengikut saiz yg kita suka. Siap membentukkan masukkan kedlm kuah tadi, biar mendidih. Kuah siap apabila bebola tadi timbul.
